I spent most of yesterday on admin - working my way through a pile of paperwork sat on the kitchen table. Everything is now filed, binned, recycled or waiting to be shredded. And I feel quite 😇.

Back to the paid stuff today. 🤢. Looking for the positives: at least I have a job to go to, it's a decent commute, I work with a lovely team. Got to remind myself that it could be much worse. You just never know what the cockwombles in their ivory towers are going to throw at you next.

Morning all

I used to be a regular on this thread many years ago. MSE must have deleted my account so newbie setting with a similar name to original lol. 

Decided I need accountability to be more productive as aware I'm wasting time watching Facebook and instagram - I even started watching reels😱 so know help is needed lol. 

Monday ~ Lovely Living Room, Happy Hall and Safe Stairs
Level One...
Declutter all these areas ☑️
Vacuum these areas☑️
Level Two...
Wipe/vacuum sofas☑️
Clean windows in these areas, check curtains/nets/blinds while you are there, do they need a clean?☑️
Dust any areas below eye level
Level Three...
Dust anything above eye level (if safe to do so)☑️
Clear anything that shouldn't be where it is, should the magazines really be on the floor?☑️
Tidy coats/shoes bags etc☑️

Extra Mission Tasks~ if you want to do more

• Clean windows in these areas, check curtains/nets/blinds while you are there, do they need a clean?☑️
• Spend 15 minutes sorting paperwork, dealing with anything urgent NOW
• Spend half an hour doing something

Tuesday ~ Kitchen and dining room
15 minutes...
Clear and wipe work surfaces
Wipe down all the major appliances.. clean filters/drawers/seals etc
Wipe over the cupboards fronts and kickboards
30 minutes to spare...
Wipe the tables and replace the cloth if necessary☑️
Sweep and mop the floors☑️
Run appliances through a 'clean' wash
Deweb and defluff these rooms
Got an hour...
Clear and mop/vacuum the floors☑️
Scrub down the dining chairs..
Binbag dance! Grab a binbag.. fill it up.. and chuck it out!
Clean the oven.. and the shelves!

Extras - help yourself!

• Wipe and replace ALL the small appliances
• Empty and wash out bins
• S&S the fridge
• Clear out a manky cupboard
• Check the freezer, see what needs using up..

Morning all

Didnt get back on with a progress report yesterday so doing it now… bathroom scrubbed, all bins emptied and washed out, office, spare room, top stairs and landing dusted and hoovered, 2 x wm run, 1 dried on airer and 1 in TD as weather was rubbish. Oh, and a full day of paid stuff…

Hoping for much of the same today only the next floor down lol. Wm has already been run, DW emptied and windows are open for some fresh air, will get this mornings tasks done for the paid stuff and will then fly a bit.

Morning all.
 I have got my admin out of the way this morning so it's not hanging over me all day. About half way through with dailies.  I have an online class this morning and then need to walk the dogs. Just having a cuppa, going to try to fit in floor mopping before the class.

I'm considering cleaning the oven.

I did all the ironing yesterday.

Sun is shining so might have a wander to the beach, as tide is going out so there will be beach.

I hate my house.. I want to burn it to the ground and start again..

Hope you've kept Kaz away from the oven Piggers.
DH has got his jobs out of the way this morning too so we can have a relaxing afternoon.  Christmas film I think!

That sums up yesterday evening for me as well!
whoops, is it kitchen day, I seem to have been busy elsewhere, yet again.
Up earlyish, hair washed, bed stripped and remade, bedding washed and on the line. Took a trip to small town with a list, and stuck to the list and the 2 hours that I had allowed myself.
Yesterday’s hm celery soup scoffed for lunch, this afternoon it is the turn of the carrots to become soup.
Need to go into the loft to fish out some xmas tinsel or suchlike for DD to take back to her uni digs. Also have a list of cooking to do, need to vacuum the bedroom floor too. And the admin is still there.
Did I mention that I also got more wool for more present making whilst I was out….

My temp is fine thank you, no need to be rushing around, the oven is clean, it needed it...............

Walk done, some fossils collected, there will be some major cliff falls soon, the cliff land has started to drop, you can see about 4 foot of new chalk half way up. It is so dangerous at the moment, I'm keep well on the beach.

Triplets are sleeping, ready for games tonight, one is now allowing us to stroke it, but on his terms only.
