Have any of you ever won, even £1 on Octopus "wheel of fortune" - I certainly have not
It appears to be a con ?

My Mum is on Octopus, I help with sending the meter readings online and we have a game now to guess which £0 it will land on.2

As I work in digital marketing and we use gamification (which is what this is), this is a highly popular and massively expanding area in recent years.
When we set these up we are able to dictate the rewards, percentages of users that will get them.
The octopus one I have used, but the over arching thing is the amount of zero credit amounts. It should lead to more accurate bills, but for those on SVR then it could ensure octopus get more money in the door....1 -

Hi, it's not really a con because you don't have to pay anything to play. I did once win £1 which they popped into my account for me. Big wow. I don't see the point of it but will continue to have a go as long as it's there. NB when I first joined Octopus they gave me TWO spins - one for each fuel. But now I just get one. And they never explained why. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts.
