    This is in effect a virtual online lottery gaming machine - so all of the regulations still apply
    Such as 2005 Gaming act - which clearly states that a list of winners names should be available on request.
    I will request a list of winners names and will let this forum know the stats.

    It's not lottery / gaming / gambling if you're not having to stump up anything to play.

    There is a old adage "you don't get something for nothing"...... 
    The 'quid pro quo' here is just that Octopus get a meter reading and the customer gets a small chance to win something.
    Gamification is a useful tool to offer positive encouragement to customers for minimal cost.
