Dual fuel customer for 2.5 years here, so must have been spinning the dang wheel about 60 times, and my total wins add up to a grand total of exactly £0.0

We have two houses with Octopus supplying since Nov 2021 and we have never won anything on that wheel of fortune. That is staggering misfortune it would seem given the supposed odds on a wheel spinning without any undue outside influence. Twelve segments, five with £0, five with £1, one £64 and one £512. Just what are the odds of winning nothing when spun twice each month for several years? It is a FIX no question about it.0
