Octopus Energy Wheel Of Fortune. Anybody "won"?

I think everybody has won this month - certainly everybody that I know on Octopus has won. In fact, the winnings had been credited to my account before I even spun the wheel!

I donated mine to one of their charities, which was probably the point of the exercise.

Also, it's not the usual wheel with the prizes of differing amounts. This one just has 'win' or 'lose' segments.

Nope I didn’t and you know what I don’t really care 🤷‍♀️ you don’t know that everyone won mine certainly wasn’t credited before I spun I was reading my meter anyway.....

I know 6 people on Octopus and they all won on both gas and electricity spins. Might not be everybody that wins (it was just a thought), but a far larger proportion than usual have done this month.

Well maybe a few more can test the theory out I only have electricity with them so can’t test the gas

Ah, looks like it was a one-off event, today-only. They injected more prizes into the pool than usual but they've all gone now.

Re 1 Apr win.

According to their customer service, they had the misfortune on that day and everyone 'won.'
As far as I can see there is only one win position and the lure was £512. They promised to honour the win [upon submitted screenshot]. They did not. Until I enquired about the progress of the payout. They did this!

I got a Customer Service Gesture of £2.50 out of the blue last month. No idea why…
