All I get since spinning the wheel is lots of spam emails from 'casinos' and others inviting me more free spins.

Same experience when I used the awful con company Klarna.

Was previously with Bulb no problems. Have been transferred to Octopus through no choice of my own and obviously they have sold my details onto third parties. NOT impressed with Octopus at all.

Seems like your browser might have been exploited, never heard of this happening and hasnt happened to me, I spin it 4 times every month.
I get same thing sponsored yahoo email

When did the spam start and when did you start doing the octopus spins? so you have backed it up, but I not heard you mention it before.
Not unique to spins get sponsored Ad yahoo emails related to other sites that I visit, nothing to do with Octopus ....

Ok then perhaps you should have mentioned that in the first reply, so as suspected your have been compromised some other way.

  • On Sunday 29th October 2023 I spun the wheel and it stopped on £512, I emailed octopus to ask when I get this, it’s now Wednesday evening and not a word from them. I took a screen shot and included it in the email. Sounds to me like this is just a marketing con!!

Same here! I assume it only does this if you've opted in to Octopoints, though.
