They have around 250,000 customers according to Ofcom.
I think spin a wheel just adds bit of fun to submitting a monthly meter reading
"now supply energy to over 1.2 million UK homes (and counting)."

  • When the fun stops, stop.
It did and we just switched to Avro for a much better deal.
    Good luck to you all.

Congratulations! You've won £1 on the Octopus Energy wheel of fortune.
This has already been credited to your account.
Bet you thought no one ever won this!

I once won £1 - can't remember how long ago it was, but it was credited to the account.
  • I think I might be one of the lucky ones but when I switched to Octopus and put in my first meter reading, I won £512. I thought it was a scam but it's in my account:
Congratulations Joshua, you've only just gone and won the jackpot this month!

The £512.00 is yours. And has already been credited to your account.

Submit your readings next month to spin again. You never know, you might just kick off a winning streak!

    Love and power,
    The Octopus Energy team
  • Been with them about 2 months ...submitted 2 readings yesterday and won a quid on each .....more than any other supplyer has ever given me.
  • We won £1 once, when we first signed up... nothing since

Er, no! And I wouldn't recommend Octopus Energy to my worst enemy. Customer service is the poorest of any utility I have been with.
    .

Are you sure you are talking about the right Octopus ? the one I am with could not be better.
Agreed. I’ve recently switched over and their customer services have been brilliant. They even let me move the first payment to later in the month after I said as soon as I received my credit from Bulb it would be going straight into the account. This was based on trust and I’m glad to say this evening I have been able to fulfil this.
