We have the Vaccination Certificate for the two jabs but cannot find any info on Government sites as to prove we've had Booster jab?Going to France and Belgium but find the U.K. site is giving different info to French and Belgian sites. Chemist who administered jab just said refer to Government site. Thinking the Politicians need a jab to get some bl--dy sense in them.

Prove it to who? I dont believe there is any requirement (yet) in any European country to prove you have had the booster, the 2nd jab proof from 6+ months ago will suffice.

    +1 to above.

For now it is only the full 1st/2nd vaccinations you need to show as proof.

It may well change in the future but I assume the first and main priority is to get the booster dose in to the arms of those who need it or it is recommended for.   The AP development to show the extra booster can wait.

Earlier this week my wife and I went for our boosters. My wife received one of the cardboard (credit card size) records of her jab. I got nothing. The next day I drove a family member to her jab at a different venue. She didn't get given a record card either. Madness

I dont see the problem as long as it transfers to your MEDICAL record, as already said there is currently no requirement in this country to prove you have had it to access anything, nor anywhere in Europe.

It makes everything neat and tidy if we all ether have a record or not. Like having the Queen's head face up on every banknote.

It is neat and tidy: on our medical records. Nobody will be accepting a crumpled credit-card sized bit of paper with some scrawl anyone could have written on it when the time comes to be proving you have had the booster (if this time comes at all).

It's not though. You wrote MEDICAL record the first time, then medical records.

Now you are just being pedantic, you know full well what I am driving at.

NOWHERE is going to accept the scrap of credit-card sized paper as proof of you having your jabs when the time comes, this is what the NHS app (linked to your medical record(s!)) is for. This scrap of paper is a novelty, for the amusement of nobody but yourself. Having one or not having one is utterly irrelevant.

Both myself and my wife have had our booster jabs ,both given blue card with date ,batch number ,brand etc on ,checked my medical record on the NHS app and all three vaccines are shown ,i suppose i could ask for a paper copy ( we all ready have the one with both vacs shown ) always handy for holidays etc.

No, Emma,  if you want pedantic.... here goes; you were correct in both posts; medical record refers to the 1st person singular as you were addressing the particular poster. Medical records is correct as you were referring to 1st and 2nd persons....
(They call me Maj around here - queen of pedantry.)  ;):D
