Oh !!!!!! I can't subtract ,mea culpa ...oh hangon the 5GB at the end that is unallocated doesn't belong to anything ...OK can we go back a step and resize /dev/sda3 again and change the new size to 28325, we want the 5Gb unallocated before /dev/sda5 to be moved out of the logical (extended) partition so we can use it in windows.

So back to /dev/sda3 resize and make the new size 28325 please , going to clean my specs... sorry

Thanks that is where we wanted to be. Now time to test a few things so if you can reboot to Windows and give a SS of the disk management please

We have problems! but I also have another problem I have to go now but we can resume tomorrow hopefully.

When I boot the computer up without USB and not through the bios I get "error: no such partition Entering rescue mode... grub rescue>-"

I get the same result doing a restart from Zorin with USB in.

With the USB in and going into the bios and change the order to boot from USB it loads up in live USB in Zorin

So I can get online phew
