Whether this is because a £25 prize you've spent wouldn't be there any more.. instead of them putting something sensible like "£25 prize (redeemed)"

It certainly does say that The potential winners will be notified the telephone and/ or the e-mail associated with their Valid Account (their grammar, not mine ) and as you have only a short time to respond if you win the big prize you certainly don't want to find they haven't notified you..!!

Update - being the suspicious comper that I am I went to spend my winnings last night as I was concerned I'd had no email and, I am happy to confirm that all was as it should be so no confirmation was received at all and my spend last night gave me 1/50 entries to this week's draw which is showing on my app. Please also note you can win each week (even if you have won before) but only once per week and each draw is drawn on a Sunday at midnight according to the t&cs, good luck everybody 

eta - my rewards screen is now the same as the previous poster as I have used all my winnings, all rewards except the £10,000 must be spent by 31 December 2021

I've spent just under half of my winnings (I won £250) on Christmas gifts, and saving the other half and a bit for a night away next week.

When you spend, it takes it from your rewards and appears on your account statement as £0, as technically you haven't spent anything on the item/order, it was covered by the prize reward. Fingers crossed for week 2 winners!

I've just had an email saying I've won £25 but just a little worried it's a scam so daren't click on the link and I can't see it in my account!
EDIT - found it in my account so I'm a winner    £25 thank you very much Paypal

it won't be in your balance, it will be in your 'rewards' section on the app. I received an e-mail to tell me I won £250, but that was from week 1.

I've just had my email too. Absolutely hopeless to send them out now, someone without the app may have really liked to know so that they could spend it on a particular item.
