@whotourloz - oh, so is it the Wallet section on the website? I couldn't find any Rewards section, but yes, there is a Wallets tab. Many thanks for that, at least I know where to keep an eye on!!

Thanks very much for the info. Having read so many people saying they didn't know they'd won until seeing it in their Rewards section was what made me wonder what happens if you don't have the App. Cheers. I'm so confused by this one!
I've been spending money using paypal and most transactions aren't counting as entries.
Yet I withdrew some money from paypal to my bank account and that did.
Then today I've donated money several times to animal rescues (more than £10 each) and none have counted as entries.
What am I doing wrong??4 -

Yes I did that last week. I've had a couple of emails to say some of my purchases have counted as entries but most of them don't for some reason.whotourloz said:
