I'm so sorry to hear this Missymoo, what an awful shock.
I've no real advice other than what other people have said, but once things have settled a bit it's really worth getting some proper legal advice about the business etc, it's a complicated situation with being married and working together - I think you can often get an initial half hour free advice with some solicitors which might be a start.Mortgage December 2023: TBC

You will be in shock, I didn’t tell my family for a couple of weeks when my then DH did this to me. I wanted to be sure what I was going to do before I told them. Start your UC straight away - it takes a few weeks to come through. (Hugs)

Oh, Missy. I am so sorry to hear this. The shock is real, and I know from being through something similar you'll just keep hoping it isn't real and it will just go away somehow.
You will get through this - this too shall pass. As everyone on here before me has said, the next steps are to sort out where you are financially, so at least you know what's going on with that and can make some decisions. Sending you huge hugs.Live the good life where you have been planted.

Thank you, not sure which way is up at the minute. Seeing a counsellor tomorrow so hoping that may help. First one I saw was just pointless. Feeling v emotional still. Will update as and when I feel able. Thanks all for checking in x8
