Thank you @RelievedSheff I do feel so much better. Why I thought it was such a good idea I will never know.So I’m up super early for an early client. So I thought I would just update you on yesterday. So I paid the loan back it cost me £13 for the privilege 🙄.I managed to get 3 loads of washing washed and hung up yesterday and sorted all of the clothes, all clothes are away bar mine, I have loads so this will take a while. But I sat and folded the children whilst I sat downstairs and watched a house clearing up program, which was helpful! I also went through my bedroom cabinet, there was so much rubbish in there! And I managed to sort through the childrens too small clothes too. And write my programs.Today I have 3 clients all at different times, I do need to nip to lidls and pick the children up from school. We’re making fish cakes for dinner tonight, could also do with getting Roos hair cut.

I think I’m due a payment but need to let client know. Also need to finish nutrition plan so I can send that over.
Need to put all of the newly washed clothes away. I would like to get the understair cupboard sorted today and maybe the kitchen cupboards…… that may be too ambitious but we’ll see. I’m trying to do bits each day.I’ll have time to do bits tomorrow morning probably Xmas shopping, definitely send my post stuff, and go through Xmas presents.1 -

£13 isn’t bad at all, I have made much costlier mistakes. Just recognising and catching it so quickly was impressive. ⭐️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I think I’m going to bring all of my clothes down and sit and sort them out whilst watching sort out your life. Need to bag up the charity clothes. It would be nice to get them out of the house. And to put the Xmas presents I’ve bought up in the loft rather than on the floor in their boxes in the spare room…. Need to leave to pick the children up in an hour. So don’t have long!1

I sat on the sofa for an hour and did very little but eat biscuits but I then found some energy, probably the sugar from the biscuits and made a tiny bit of headway. I put all of the Xmas presents in the loft and put all the boxes into recycling. I put all
of my clothes in the basket ready to go away and all of the stuff for the charity in one place. I also emptied my gym bag and put all of the rubbish out. It sounds like not a lot but it took me an hour, and you can actually see the floor in the spare room and I started to tidy up the play room but it’s such a huge mess it’s not going to happen any time soon!1 -
Not been feeling in the best head space at the moment. Very tired, a bit poorly and feel like everything is just a bit difficult. Children seem a bit highly strung and stressed, work is difficult and busy at the moment. The house is a tip. Xmas shopping is stressful and car still isn’t fixed. Don’t get me wrong these are all first world problems and tiny in the big scheme of the world but feel like I’m drowning a little bit.Seem to be spending money like no tomororw. Xmas presents, new baby presents, coffee shop trips, Roo needs new trainers. I need to see how much money I don’t have until pay day on the 7th.1

Think differently - as an example; it's November 25th, not Dec 24th. Christmas Shopping can happen any time in the next 20 days or so.This doesn't have to be done now.
Back burner it for a few days and concentrate on things you can influence or change in the short term, that will give you and the kids the headspace required to pick up again on Monday.
Good luck!
