I have had two experience of this

British Gas decided to try and take 2 direct debits in one month neither of the dates agreed by me, which accured charges was told by my bank to reclaim back from them, which they wouldn't. Who paid it in the end ME

The bank shouldn't of allowed it and British Gas shouldn't of tried to take it, but muggins ere had to pay it.

PLEASE CAN ONE OF YOU BANK FOLLOWERS JUSTIFY THAT

What choice do we have ? we have to have a bank account..

Absolutely - and every so often they send out 'changes to terms & conditions' giving the customer no say, or choice, in the matter.

None of them can justify the amount so I feel I am arguing with a brick wall.

They avoid the question by quoting terms and conditions. Which were put in place by the bank to make money

    Suspicious?

    I am .......

No need to be suspicious I deleted the posts, including my own as the OP merely bumped the thread, in my opinion, to cause more aggravation. As this is exactly what has happened while I was out I'm now going to close the thread and if the OP or anyone else has a problem with this please email abuse at the usual address.
