£10 is an excellent beginning for your pot, dizzybee, a great start!!! 🤩

Good to see you again, Jakes-mum and good to hear you too have made a good start to the year!! 😏

£20 transferred across to the SPC account. That'll be all I'm able to save for the week, but I'm always thrilled with that.

Keep potting or saving one way or tother, folks, however you save at least it's not spent or... wasted!!!

    Have a good Tuesday folks!

Keep safe and do STAY HEALTHY!!

    Sue xx

Potted £1.95 change from a coffee.  Was waiting for my car to have its MOT (failed!) so was killing time in mr marks cafe and listening in to conversations, naughty I know 🤪. So the car failed on worn bushes which they only replaced in June.  They checked their job sheet for the work done then and they were definitely on (glad I didn’t imagine it) but as the manager is on holiday this week there was no one to authorise getting them replaced under warranty.  The MOT tester said yes they should be replaced free of charge as the parts were faulty.  So booked in next Tuesday and I am without a useable car until then.  More using flexi time on things that are not a treat for me and more to and fro on the bus; also Tuesday is the day I have no after school care for my boy so he’ll have to come with me to collect it.  But on a positive note I’ve done all my Christmas shopping 🎅

Afternoon Potters, it's so lovely to see you all returning for the challenge :)

All quiet here at the moment, the baby has bounced back beautifully, as only children can do!   I'm looking forward to going to stay with them next week, let's hope the weather stays dry and I can have the pleasure of pushing a pram again.....haven't done that in quite a few years!!!

Another £5 in the pot this week.  Stay safe and enjoy the rest of the week
