It's lovely to see you MrsShazbat, save well... without bills if possible!! 🤩
You're welcome, Doily94,
though we all do each year. It's a great idea with the £500 Target and I
wouldn't be at all surprised to see you reach it!! All the best in
doing so. 😊
Hello again IntoTheForest, I've just been replying to your declaration on SPC 14, very well done.
There's never any need to rejoin, I simply copy and paste everyone over each year, you're very welcome by the way.
There's nothing quite like helping us count up that encourages our DHs so much, I'm thrilled for you both!
I understand what you mean about losing your card etc, so whatever's best for you is fine with us.
Do come on the thread more as not only does it motivate you but it motivates us all! 😊 All the very best.
Enjoy a really WONDERFUL WEEKEND folks!
Keep safe and do STAYHEALTHY!!

I would like to rejoin this challenge my number is 061. I am going to try a mix of cash and virtual potting this year as I have a building society account which is easier to deposit in online then to withdraw from.

Yes dinglefoot, your £300 Target is already by your name on the Membership List, good luck with reaching it, or going beyond! 🤞 😁 It's good to see you back with us!
Hi mummytummy,
I'm unable to add any more to my signature!!! 😡 It's so annoying. I tried for so
long yesterday, but absolutely no joy whatsoever! I can't even put my
own Totals on anymore! Part of those "new" changes to the MSE format
last year I suppose. Grrrr ☹️ I also miss the red colour, at least that you used to have get folks attention to the important things! The only colour left is on my signature!!
Anyway,
great news about your latest recycling haul!! Is everything alright for
you and the family in Oz? Come and chat more often, I miss folk when
they don't bother with posting. 😭
Enjoy a relaxing and SUPER SUNDAY folks!
Keep safe and do STAYHEALTHY!!

Hello everyone Could you please put me down for a target of £700 Sue I couldn’t quite work out where mummytummy was resident due to quoting in dollars. How exciting that we have a member on the other side of the World!
A few other things I’ve noticed from reading through _ I have to agree with Dinglefoot that this challenge can be very addictive, but very much in a good way. I love getting past the first few pots when I get to the point of not knowing how much is in my pot. For the electronic part of my potting I’m going to use an online account where I won’t need to check the balance until opening day. I was also delighted to read on the old thread that Little sweetie is settling in so well to her new home, after all the stress of her old place which is now thankfully behind her. Also, I wanted to say to Too much debt that Dorset is indeed a beautiful county, and wish you a very happy time when you move there. Today has been another wonderful mix of sunshine and rain. I was picking up a load of fallen leaves this morning and wondering at the greatness of nature. Truly amazing how the trees will be completely bare pretty soon and then leaves will gradually grow back as Spring comes round again.
Have a lovely week everyone. At least the mornings will be a little lighter, for a while anyway!

Hi Ant, well, you're £700 Target is all ready for
you to start building up to...or possibly going over! 😲 People living
near you had better watch out as, dare they even drop their H's you'll
be picking them up smartly - let alone any cash!!! 🤣
mummytummy
has been with us pretty near all the time we've been running, she was a
Brit, but heard there were folk in Oz dropping their cash so flew out
to find it!! 😆 We've had members from France and Germany too in the
past, but sadly no longer.
I also agree with the
addictive part of SPC which is the great thing about it, it makes us all
do all we possibly can so as to get more for our families for Christmas
etc.
Wonderful news about little_sweetie and her DH.
We
can vouch to anyone about the wonders of Dorset, a gorgeous county! DH
& I used to live at Litton Cheney between Abbotsbury & Bridport
when DH was a Herdsman. It was really lovely there.
I
love winter when you can see the bare trees, their hearts below the
earth and their limbs, veins and arteries reaching skyward. It's so much
easier to see exactly which birds you're listening to or watching, even
when the summer migrants return it's easier to pick them out, but then
mid spring begins to help the trees get their leaves back and another
type of loveliness begins! Whatever the season there's always something
beautiful about it. Bliss with a delightful dawn chorus and spring
flowers! 😊 I'm getting carried away here Ant, I was even humming
Vivaldi's Four Seasons as I wrote, time to finish off. Have a very good
week Ant.
Hello Bounty123, I'm so pleased you're staying with us. Another way of saving is via an app called Plum, quite a few of the girls have been using it this year with success, but I honestly can't remember exactly how it works. Have a look at it on Go!gle Play or Ap!le and see what you think, or of course there are the banks which is what I've found very useful. All the very best in saving and being happy with it again!
Have a good week Bounty.
Have a good Monday, folks, and I hope the week is a good one for all!
Keep safe and please do STAYHEALTHY!!
