Hope you're all having a good weekend. I have been hugging my pot, for it is lonely. For there are no coins to be friends with it 😬😂... 
This is not a good week. Cooker decided to turnover and die completely. Had to arrange the best MSE style solution for a new one. By the time I would have bought a second hand one in decent order, got it delivered and fitted, it was going to be nearly the same price as a new one. I'm hoping for a better week next week 🍀😇🍀.

Hello everyone!
Sorry I've been AWOL but life has just got in the way the last few weeks    I've just caught up with the recent posts, such a lot has happened!  I turn my back and everything goes to pieces   
Sorry to hear of peoples troubles and worries, hope things improve soon.  Sue, our son, Paul, had projectile vomiting for a few weeks after birth and it was scary but 49 years ago it was a case of 'wait and see'  He did finally settle down and will be 50 this Christmas.  Horrible while it lasted though....
It was our 50th anniversary on 16th October last.  I know our anniversaries are not far apart.  Unfortunately, we had no celebration due to you-know-what, but we did have some lovely cards through the post.

Anyway, I popped in to say a lovely sale on fleabay has brought in £11.24 I would have had to pay £3 postage out of that but the lady lived 10 minutes away so I dropped the parcel off at her house this morning (by mutual agreement) Smiles all round

It is frightening the first time they have the projectile vomiting, Siju!!

Gaviscon didn't work with Alex, poor little darling. I hope the colic drops work for poor little Barnaby, it certainly makes sense for him to remain upright for half an hour after his feeds! I hope he's soon very much better.

It'll be good to be back home in your own bed, nothing like it!! 🙂

Congratulations to G and you A on your Golden Anniversary!!! 😊❤️😊 I thought your anniversary must have been coming soon or already gone as we're so close in many ways. Covid has been a real pest for stopping celebrations, even more so for people not being able to visit or hug loved ones, very sad. 😢

Projectile vomiting is really nasty as you clearly realised with your Paul! Our Alex had it terribly, too the extent where he got so awfully thin we honestly thought he had cancer, thank the dear Lord he didn't, but it was months before the high protein foods the hospital had him on really worked and he at last started gaining weight !! 

An excellent gain on Eb!y once more!!! So pleased the recipient was as happy as you! See you soon xx

Payday for me today, so I've done some shifting around of money on my accounts.  £62.84 swept into my (virtual) sealed pot, which I'm delighted about as you can probably appreciate.  Various no spend days have contributed to that.

The Isle of Skye really is beautiful scotmumof3 , I’m sure it was a real escape.

Although there is no way I can compete with a £2 roadkill 💰 my 8 year old presented me with 1p last night.  “Mummy I found this in the playground today so can I put it in the pot”. Honestly it was one of the proudest moments in my life 😂
