Hope you're all having a good weekend. I have been hugging my pot, for it is lonely. For there are no coins to be friends with it 😬😂...
This is not a good week. Cooker decided to turnover and die completely. Had to arrange the best MSE style solution for a new one. By the time I would have bought a second hand one in decent order, got it delivered and fitted, it was going to be nearly the same price as a new one. I'm hoping for a better week next week 🍀😇🍀.
Have a good rest of the weekend you lot.🍻😇 Sealed Pot Challenge: Member No: 20: 2012 = £92.14; 2013 = £45.27; 2014 = £54.70; 2015 = ; 2016 = £70.38 2022 = £10.58 2023 = ???? 🍀 2023 DECLUTTERING CAMPAIGN Mrs SD 65/365 so far. 👾 The Other Way, or the MSE Way: My Personal Challenge 🍀 The Other Way, or the MSE Way: My Personal Challenge 20125 -
Hello everyone!
Sorry I've been AWOL but life has just got in the way the last few weeksI've just caught up with the recent posts, such a lot has happened! I turn my back and everything goes to pieces
Sorry to hear of peoples troubles and worries, hope things improve soon. Sue, our son, Paul, had projectile vomiting for a few weeks after birth and it was scary but 49 years ago it was a case of 'wait and see' He did finally settle down and will be 50 this Christmas. Horrible while it lasted though....
It was our 50th anniversary on 16th October last. I know our anniversaries are not far apart. Unfortunately, we had no celebration due to you-know-what, but we did have some lovely cards through the post.
Anyway, I popped in to say a lovely sale on fleabay has brought in £11.24 I would have had to pay £3 postage out of that but the lady lived 10 minutes away so I dropped the parcel off at her house this morning (by mutual agreement) Smiles all round
Take care ya' all xSealed Pot Challenge #012

I hope you've had a SUPER WEEKEND, Potters! Enjoy your Monday and the week and here's hoping we can all save well and keep VERY healthy!! Save in any way that's best for YOU! 😄If any of you are feeling poorly or perhaps low in spirits, and take care, and get well soon, then come on back with us, for now here are love and hugs to help look after yourselves ❤️It is frightening the first time they have the projectile vomiting, Siju!!Gaviscon didn't work with Alex, poor little darling. I hope the colic drops work for poor little Barnaby, it certainly makes sense for him to remain upright for half an hour after his feeds! I hope he's soon very much better. It'll be good to be back home in your own bed, nothing like it!! 🙂Some really great potting!!WOW!! What a super find, Hummingbird!!! Isn't it time for another clear out?! 😉Morning to you, MrsShazbat, I hope you too are very well.A very productive week indeed!!! Well done with Eb!y too!!!!WOW, you had a lot of loose change, LMD, great potting!! A brilliant 50p find while walking!!! 😛Oh dear nu1isit, not the best of weeks at all for you! 😔 I hope you have good luck with your new cooker. 🙂 Keep hugging your pot and let's hope for the best for you soon. 🙂Hi little_sweetie, good to see you again! Don't worry, I think we all struggle with life getting in the way at times, I know I do, especially with E.Congratulations to G and you A on your Golden Anniversary!!! 😊❤️😊 I thought your anniversary must have been coming soon or already gone as we're so close in many ways. Covid has been a real pest for stopping celebrations, even more so for people not being able to visit or hug loved ones, very sad. 😢Projectile vomiting is really nasty as you clearly realised with your Paul! Our Alex had it terribly, too the extent where he got so awfully thin we honestly thought he had cancer, thank the dear Lord he didn't, but it was months before the high protein foods the hospital had him on really worked and he at last started gaining weight !!An excellent gain on Eb!y once more!!! So pleased the recipient was as happy as you! See you soon xxHave a really good Monday folks, and week. Good evening everyone!
Payday for me today, so I've done some shifting around of money on my accounts. £62.84 swept into my (virtual) sealed pot, which I'm delighted about as you can probably appreciate.
