About time…. my ongoing moans to Fuse whenever they have a 'data backlog' (which never used to happen when I first signed up with them) have resulted in the Customer Services Bot being banned from intervening in open cases that are being answered by humans. (I threatened to nuke it). It was driving me nuts.
So fingers crossed we have less data backlogs. I wonder if it will have any impact on the Bright app?
