    Good.

And you've bookmarked MSE_JC's top thread so you get an email alert when the last and vital Public Consultation opens soon?

We worry people might drift away from the forum during the lull in their battle, and will miss the REAL war. The chance to change everything.

Yep! Read the latest posts so you know what we are asking everyone to do when the time comes, and why, and what we've almost achieved that needs a final push over the line.

All this court claim harassment and adding a false 'DRA fee' layer that was never incurred, is partly a way to gaslight and intimidate people into paying more, and partly it funds the 'race to court' roboclaim culture.

    Both of which must end.

And that's what we want you to tell the Government. As we will (again...this will be the 3rd and final Public Consultation)!

IMPORTANT - IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE LAW ON THIS:

Please read this and come back in good time for the upcoming Public Consultation (date TBA) that you will no doubt be keen to respond to:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/79331999/#Comment_79331999

Read it if you didn't know the Govt very nearly got a statutory ban on DRA +£70 extortion over the line, and lower parking charge levels, but the moneymen have temporarily blocked it last month, and threw their toys out the pram.

We need high numbers of genuine victim respondents to unblock it again.

    Hi, I hope you're well

So the court case for this is next month and they have just sent their witness statement bundle today

    Any advice/principles?

Read it, dissect it and if there are any untruths be prepared (with evidence) to pull it apart in court.  Have you filed and served your own WS yet?  If not, you can answer some/all of the untruths in your WS.
