Hi guys, I hope you're well

So I've just finished adapting my WS through the template and wanted to clarify a few things:

1. How do I submit a video?
I have 2 videos, one I made in 2021, 2 days after I received the letter and one I have made yesterday and the difference is glaring - The signage is way more prominent and lit than it was at that time - This will be a key point, I think, for me as if the sign isn't clear, it is the responsibility of the parking company to make sure it is - The fact that they have changed the placement indicates it wasn't clear to begin with.

2. In my case, the WS is due 7 days before the date of the hearing, so if let's say my hearing was on the 18th Feb (it isn't), does that mean I can submit it till 11 Feb 23:59 ? Since as of the 12th Feb, it will be 6 days till the hearing? or is 10th Feb the final deadline? Just for clarity

Evidence must be supplied on a 'durable medium'.

That means that a video cannot be hosted on a website where you can change the video after having supplied a link to it. So for example, not a link to a youtube video.

A memory stick, SDcard, CD or DVD are all examples of durable media. You may well be able to think of others.
You need to ensure the court can play any video you supply.
Remember to send a copy to the Claimant as well.

2. It's a pity you have chosen example days which are a Saturday.
A deadline will never be on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Any deadline will be when the court closes that day - so 4pm rather than 23:59.
So here's another example...
If your Witness Statement is due seven days before your hearing and your hearing is on Tuesday 21st February, the your Witness Statement and evidence needs to be with the court before 4pm on Tuesday 14th February.

Why all this secrecy about dates? How many cases at how many county courts are there at any one time?

Another question, my final exhibit is Britannia parking vs crosby and the ws template had a transcript of it but I can't seem to find it - any advice?

Edit: By "not being able to find it" I mean the original transcript that I can download as an image and paste onto my WS -

No-one uses Crosby any more, nor the RobertCox example WS. Use the 2022 example WS bundle by @aphex007
