Well I'm hoping my credit card are going to give me a refund but if not I suppose trading standards are the next point of call.

hi everyone, brand new to this, just posted in best buy menswear to see if the website was still open and fell upon this site where everyone is having the same trouble!

Has anyone actually had their money back from this company? All we got told was we would have a cheque within 1 to 6 months!

I am their latest victim, have returned goods to value of £50 and heard nothing since...

I amazingly managed to get a refund from them after contacting Essex Trading Standards and quoting the Sale of Goods Act 1979 with regards to the item being fake. I forwarded the email from TS and "Michael" actually responded. I received a refund about 3 days later. He didn't want the dodgy shirt back either!! Good luck all..

Bizarrely my items have made their way back to me today.......could not be delivered twice at the Templefields Enterprise centre address
