Bestbuy menswear

Help has anyone shopped with bestbuy menswear.I placed an order almost 2wks ago,still havent recieved it,money was taken from my acc day after order placed.There is no telephone number for them or address.I have emailed them but no reply.What should i do next.The order is a xmas pressie.

    Unfortunately unless it's a Visa debit, you are unlikely to be able to do a chargeback. Speak to your bank tomorrow and see what they suggest.

    I also recently placed an order, heard nothing , sent them an e-mail asking where it was and tonight I have received a reply which basically says I won't be receiving the order because they have financial problems. I paid for this item with Paypal and have now entered a claim with them. What really annoys me is that this company is still accepting orders online and now are taking payments through Google checkout. This should not be allowed to happen, but I don't know what to do next. Can they be reported to trading standards and who is Rachel Brown?

    I have today reported this company to Trading Standards as they are still trading online, taking orders and payments. They have replied to my e-mails stating that they are an "honest" company, but I fail to see this. How can they still be trading and taking orders when they have failed to deliver or give refunds for goods which were ordered two to three weeks ago. I was advised to send a letter by recorded delivery giving them 7 days to issue a full refund. If everyone out there who has not received an order does this then perhaps something will be done before any more people are disappointed and out of pocket.

    Hi i recieved an email today stating they had financial problems,but will hopefully send me a cheque in the new year,whaat i need that money now to get a replacement item for a xmas gift.I emailed them back and asked why they havent got the details of their financial probs on their site as they are conning the public into thinking they will get their goods,and i asked to be paid back now.I had contacted my bank yesterday who said leave it for another week and get back to them.I paid with visa debit so dont know if i can do a chargeback or not,or whether to wait and see if the company do send me a cheque.Any thoughts anyone?

    I sent them an e-mail giving them 7 days notice and have also sent a letter by recorded delivery. This is their reply to my e-mail,

    "I know and it isn't fair that you will have to wait a little longer to get your money back

    All i can do is show my genuine sympathy, be honest and keep you updated

    P.S I have personally notified Cheshire trading standards and asked them to pass the message on to affected customers "

    I was informed by trading standards that they do not pass on messages, so what he is saying is a lie and I don't know why Cheshire. I was also told that because of their situation that they should not still be trading and accepting orders and money.
    I'm trying to claim my money back through Paypal, but I really don't hold out much hope, I hope you have better luck with your bank.

    I am going into my bank tomorrow,as sometimes when you phone them you are not given the right infoWill let you know what happens.BTW i think Rachel Brown runs the company but otherwise i can find no more info on her,even the phone number i found on the net was a fake,which is pretty worrying.
  • I'm going to ring Cheshire Trading standards tomorrow morning to see what they know about this.
    Apart from the address in Essex, which is where I sent my letter there is also another address online it's
