Triue but thayt does not invalidate my post.  Imo you have made a statement which is patently not true.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I found ASDA initially very cooperative. Unfortunately, something went wrong and now they do not know how to fix it. The problem lies with the complaint team, I also think they are ignorant about POPLA authority based on how they are handling the issue.

Yes.  So a warning letter if what you want them to do about it then a LBC should focus their minds.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • UPDATE: ASDA have not replied to my latest communication. 14 days have now passed and I have now contacted my MP. I will wait a few days before paying PE and sending a LBC to ASDA. Any further ideas? thanks!

I disagree,  Asda heve cancelled three tickets for me recently in very short order.  Each ticket was for an oversytay.
Great to hear but what happens to you does not reflect that the OP is struggling with very clear ignorance from Asda
It's pot luck I guess. I parked in a local Asda and the store manager cancelled it for me. I showed him the DRP letter and I think he was genuinely appalled by the tone of it.

I agree, and PLAN A is always the best.

Mind you, the way things are going with all those empty shelves 30 mins should be enough time to get in and out
  • My MP is quite busy and it will take time before they can process my letter about ASDA/ParkingEye and before I get the evidence I need from my SAR to ASDA. Does anybody knows what would be the next step by ParkingEye / how long it will take for them to take court action, whether they send a pre-action letter, etc? Just to understand how much time I got and whether I should pay PE immediately and then take legal action with ASDA once everything is ready. Thanks!

Is this about a significant overstay by a driver/passenger who was not disabled?

No-one here can asnwer such questions,  How they have acted in the post cannot be assumed to gauge how they will act in the future.  I suggest you seach previous threads.
