Standard at this stage.  If you phone you will a) be pressured into paying so they don't have to pay the court fee and b) have no record of the phone call and what was said/agreed.  Keep your eye on your MCOL status page and you should be able to check when the solicitors advised CCBC they are proceeding and when the court sent you a DQ (N 180).

You should be following the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post by coupon mad , where you are warned about this

Read them again , so you know what is coming , why , and what to do ( or not do )

Just follow the Template Defence thread 12 steps and read the 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' red heading section in the NEWBIES thread.

it's all intended to reduce the burden on the forum regulars and to make newbies feel ready and informed, to avoid people telling us about every Template letter along the way.

Thanks guys. The Directions Questionnaire was received and I have till the 10th to respond.

Do I fill out, sign, scan and email or should I post it to the relevant places? Thanks.

Why not go back to that list you abandoned halfway through after filing your Defence?

Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list answer your questions.

Sorry mate. Have been looking through it for days now and couldn’t find what to do. Honestly not being lazy here. Apologies.

Edit. My phone was opening the last page of the defence template thread and I couldn’t find it on the newbies thread apart from the “DQ - an easy form” with link of what to fill out.

Not sure why my phone takes me to page 14 of the defence template thread with no way of going to the first page. Just back clicked through each page one by one to find the list I was originally following (but had forgotten where it was).

Anyway, sorry for wasting your time but genuinely couldn’t find what you were referring to. Will crack on with the steps now. Cheers and hope you all had a great new year!

    Thank you.

This forum (in common with lots of fora) does not work well when viewed on a phone - as you have discovered!

Just want to clarify I have emailed my DQ to the same email address I sent my defence to:

    CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk

The auto response I have received states a slightly different email address:

If you should have any queries please forward to CCBC@JUSTICE.GOV.UK”

Should I send it to this email too? Thanks

You sent your completed DQ to the correct address.

The CCBC are now suggesting that if you have any queries then you should forward your queries to CCBC@JUSTICE.GOV.UK.

Did you also send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant?
