Not sure how it would stand technically but imo it was a late discontinuance. They basically did it on Friday and the WS statement had to reach all parties by today. Spent quite a few hours doing that and the defends earlier with the help from you guys.Coupon-mad said:Or just email a copy of the discontinuance and state you presume the hearing is to be vacated.
Unless you want to aak for your costs to be considered, if this was a very late discontinuance a couple of days before the hearing, for example.Ended up just being a total waste of time with all the stress it caused. I actually lost my file on Friday and was totally distressed as all the layout, numbering etc was kept getting unsaved.Doubt anyone would consider any of that though for costs?0
