So DCBL rang me and I told them I’m not paying anything as I’ve not done anything wrong. They said they have the photo with the wheels over the line and they’d win the case easily. Said they were being fair by offering the £50 deal.I said well I have photos as my own evidence and will discuss the matter during the trial and not before. They tried asking me what proof I had and I said I won’t be discussing it over the phone.
I concluded the conversation saying that what I would accept is a discontinuance of the case if it’s done this week. Any delay by dragging it on and I’d be claiming my costs for unreasonably carrying it on.
They said they would see me in court and I finished by thanking them for their time.1 -

It does give the option to download but I doubt (m)any regulars will do that! You could split it into two or more smaller files.2

Every time I saved it as a word doc in open office it would take out all the numbering and table of contents. All day wasted trying to sort it out when all I had to do was upload it as a .odt file to Dropbox!!! Lol.So here’s the updated WS guys. Hope it’s ok this time.0

As the hearing is on the 12th of April do
i have till Monday the 28th to get my WS to the relevant parties?I also assumed the witness statement could be emailed to the claimants legal rep and the court. The hearing letter doesn’t say anything about email, only hard copies…
