This really sounds like a silly questions but do I need put the claimants name and address as shown on the Claim Form and my full name and address again as it’s on the claim form? Or will just the full names suffice?Thank you.0

Just wondering when to expect the directions questionnaire? Sent the defence via email on Sunday night.Have been checking my emails everyday but nothing so far.0

A DQ will only be sent to you after the Claimant has received your Defence and indicated to the CCBC that they wish to continue.harmy69 said:Just wondering when to expect the directions questionnaire? Hi guys,
I received a letter from their solicitor saying the claimant wishes to pursue the claim in court. They have also said they are willing to negotiate a deal and I should ring them about this. I’m assuming that I should not do this?Thank you.0
