Rugby team meal, now that sounds right up my alley and back again! big old hunky men with hairy chests and mud, nice big old thighs. Lovelly jubbly!!

I tell everyone this but when i went to see newcastle falcons v sale sharks i met jamie noon who signed my ticket ha, and he said to my friend, "nice face paints" and i did the face painting!! indirect compliment there!

But jamie noon isnt that hot, the rugby world cup before last me and my friend named all the players nick names. Martin jhonson was evil guy, jason robinson was quick guy, neil back was nice back guy (ugly face) and so forth! Im rabbiling but im quite happy!

Colleeeeeeeeeeege is out for Christmas!!! a whole month off!! but then i have exams to go back to so its 4 weeks of revision and a strategy assignment. So if anyone knows anything about ryan airs business strategy let me know!!

I know what people mean when theyre thinner but still feel huge. When i went form a size 16 to a 12 i still felt as big as i did as a 16, it took my years of my mothers convincing to start believing it, and i only truely believed it untill this bloke called mark fancyed me (cos know one had before) and he shot my confidence to what it is now. Shame he was a wrongen, with a girlfriend and my brothers best mate. But there we go.

Im terribly sorry for babbling. Im going to cook (FOOD FOR MYSELF!) chicken salad and new potatoes. Sounds boring huh? it is :p
  • Hi Guys,

Trying to do a bails today (2 windows open so I can reply as I go along)
Have a great time in birmingham by the way bails!

victory I'm really sorry to hear that you're not looking forward to Christmas now cos your mum is visiting. Have you thought of any stragegies of how you can deal with it and then forget about it until the day comes? Try to rembember that you are a grown up now with children of your own and not let it get to you. You've broken your mother's cycle with your boys, you should be proud of yourself.

missyg -post op checkup went fine and I've been discharged Hurray:j (hate hospitals even though I work in one!).

katiepoppycat - I'm devastated about the news about Terry Pratchett too. He's so talented! It's funny how such genius can be affected by such a debilitating disease. Oh, as for the reductil - I would go ahead and ask your GP anyway, all they can say is no.

grannynise & efrieze - sounds like great advice

poohbear - don't take the xenical if you don't want it. dragon is right. You definitely don't want the after effects of a binge on high fat foods. It doesn't make you throw up - quite the opposite if you catch my drift. Besides, you can cheat when you're going out on a night out and not take the meds and not feel the effects. As for the Paul McKenna thing - I decided not to try those techniques as I too would still like to be able to eat the occasional treat, I just need to learn balance. Oh and also had my gallbladder removed and am feeling loads bettr now. The consultant did warn me though that it's low fat for life or else the cholesterol that was building up in my gall bladder will now build up in my arteries (heart attack/stroke etc) not nice eh! And the RC diet is definitely the one to follow for gallstones!

Pet - get out there and buy yourself some gorgeous new clothes now! the more expensive the better:p . Especially to go with your gorgeous radley bag! Do you not think it's a bit lonely being the only designer stuff in your wardrobe?

Well done all losers/maintainers and have a great night out anyone who's going out.

Gotta go - dinner's getting cold.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.
  • Lol! Don't get too excited Vix, its a girls rugby team!! I call myself a fan...But sadly, I support Northampton... And lets be fair, we haven't exactly been playing real rugby recently!!

Right, off to go and stare at the kitchen and see if anything magically prepares & cooks itself... ;)

Thanks delly I am proud of myself and the way I have not let it pass to another generation and brought my kids up with kisses, loves and cuddles every day, they are a credit to me so people keep telling me:D
My mother or even the word stresses me out, I can hear her voice in my head saying stuff like you are not good enough, you are stupid (she said that when I failed 3 out of nine o'levels, got 6 failed 3;) ) that now I am too gaunt scrawny looking, that this that that:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: it is all negative not positive or happy, put it to the back of my mind?:rotfl: No chance, my kids are going to have a fab xmas even though the eldest is not getting his x box for xmas:rotfl: and then 27th is doom day:rotfl:

Has anyone tried Paul McKennas weight loss plan. My friend has been learning about EFT (tapping) which Paul uses and now can't eat a chocolate biscuit and she is really thin. She was only watching someone else having it done to them. I know that it can be used to prevent you from eating certain foods like cake or cheese. I love cheese. It is my downfall but would hate to be prevented from eating it for ever. dellybelly and jules my GP wants me to go on the Xenical but I take about 30 tablets/capsules a day already and definitely don't need something else that makes me feel sick.

Another forum Im on has a section dedicated to PMK and Ive never come across a more unhappy bunch. Not one of them is losing weight despite sticking to all his principles and listening to his CDs daily, one has actually put on about 4 stones since she started eating intuitevely. Sorry but as far as I can see eating what I wanted was what got me this big in the first place. I think it might be good for maintenance but for weight loss Ive yet to see it work.

I tried Xenical at the start of my diet, what a disapointment they were lol

Haha, i knew you were going to say that somehow! Matt dawson has always been another one i liked. Saw him in the flesh when i saw a question of sport being filmed. Im in a bizarre mood.

I havent watched rugby for awhile. Before i met my boyfriend i was quite a big sport watcher. Used to sit there all day in the summer watching test matches, every weekend i would watch kimi raikkonens car blow up in F1, i would watch most of arsenals matches that i could. bla bla bla, but in the last two years ive hardly done any of it because matt doesnt like sport! cricket is what i watch most now when i can!

Perhaps thats why im on this forum, spent too much time watching it instead of playing it!!

Pixie, what position do you play? are you a meaty woman? as in muscley rugby player woman thats 6ft? thats the image im getting, but im thinking maybe not because pixiedust isnt going along with the image in my head!!

    ahhh waterloo road is on!

  • Lol!! I'm gonna have to give in and find a pic of me to fix that one I think! I'm not tall, but yeah, pretty large... 5'3 and a size 18/20 - play front row obviously!! ;)

And yes! Matt Dawson... Ben Cohen... Ok, so we might not be much good on the pitch, but they were always worth watching! I'm not really a football fan, I'll watch but I don't really follow it - love most other sports tho, cricket, tennis... Even a bit of snooker and darts at a push! And I'm a complete sucker for racing (horses - not cars!)... But then, 2 years in a betting shop will do that to you!

    Evening all

    Some been mentioning rugby??? :D

That would be me then, thats right the bloke thats gone from been too fat to play tight head prop to too small and last night over the club Christmas curry, was told Im not aggresive enough

Ask nicely and there is a few match pics of me around :D alhough there are two months old. Ask very nicely and I can always bore you with tales of my two tries last weekend.

Long old day for me today, couldn't sleep, finally catching the cold that seems to be effecting everyone I know, apart from the silly comments last nights club Christmas curry went well, 38 of us managed £1100 between us  Today I went to the gym then met an old boss for a pint (diet coke) and a gossip, then I wandered the shops, sorted out secret santa and a couple of more pressies. Home, dinner, boil in bag fish in butter sauce with rice, then out to tesco to grab a couple of bits. Hence why I've not been on all day, did you miss me?? If you did take better aim next time :p

Right time to make the coffee, anyone want one??
