It's a given, I'm afraid. They've been stopped from taking new customers, so no more people to fund the ponzi schemeCRISPIANNE3 said:
I take it you have some inside knowledge then !emmajones1976 said:Especially when Neon Reef are also about to go belly up, good luck.1 -
Whatever happens to Neon Reef, you will have benefited from a month of paying their rates so even if they go under shortly maybe it will still have been worth the hassle.CRISPIANNE3 said:I left on the 11 October and transferred to Neon Reef. Symbio owe me about £35.00. Hopefully it will be refunded but not raising my hopes.Reed5 -
I dunno, someone somewhere has to work out the bills, credits etc....covering 3 different providers (not including the one NR customers will get moved to) in a period likely not to even be 2 months. That will be fun.Reed_Richards said:

Not sure these f'ing energy companies deserve a chance. All I've seen over the years is consistent incompetent from multiple firms. Tbh I'm not surprised ones like Symbio have gone bust, if how their customer service representatives conduct themselves is anything to go by.emmajones1976 said:Crikey, give them chance first!0 -
E.ON Next sent me an email to set-up my online account, submit a reading (finally, I can submit one without an error) and set-up a Direct Debit. Keep an eye on your email account you registered with Symbio.2

Yes I just got one too.1

Yep, set up a new DD, went into account swapped to the lower rate that comes with paying by DD ( not sure that would be done automatically or not). They then also actually offered me a reasonable fixed rate. ( 18m at about 15% above cap .. no exit penalty, would be higher percentage if lower use ). Tempted , but decided I was committing to the higher price over winter, and things might be better come next October cap review…Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.3
