Well exactly. The biggest incentive that Eon has to sort out the Symbio customers is that they can then start charging us.wittynamegoeshere said:....I'm quite happy to continue paying £0.00 per month while nothing happens.Reed2 -
I've just checked on progress
https://www.eonnext.com/symbio-energy
According to the update it will now be mid November before most accounts are setupRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.1 -
Wow so many people in the same boat. My main issue is that over the year of estimated billing from symbio I worked I have worked out to the penny that I overpaid by £170. I will now have to probably argue this with E.ON unless they have also worked this out which is doubtful. One thing I won't be doing is taking any !!!!!! so any resistance or stupidity from E.ON I will be going straight to the ombudsman. Basically I've had enough of these energy companies being incapable of doing their jobs properly.0

I left on the 11 October and transferred to Neon Reef. Symbio owe me about £35.00. Hopefully it will be refunded but not raising my hopes.1

Symbio went bust 29th September so you have perhaps complicated/lengthened matters by initiating a switch at that point.CRISPIANNE3 said:I left on the 11 October and transferred to Neon Reef. Symbio owe me about £35.00. Hopefully it will be refunded but not raising my hopes.1 -
