Just found other tariffs including flex by putting it into google instead of just going to eon site?
very mysterious that only get one expert tarriff from main homepage 👎

If you found a business offering to sell you £10 notes for £5, you might take them up on their offer but you wouldn't expect them to keep offering it for very long. And if they promised to keep doing it for a year, you'd be suspicious.

I was with Neon Reef until July and this week they refunded my credit balance of about £100 plus £60 compensation - (half the compensation they should have paid, but that's another story) so given they are refunding money I am assuming they may be around longer than I previously thought.

I'm probably being stupid here, but there are two completely different tariffs both named NextFlex.  Confused!

There are in fact 3, the cheapest is for DD, the others for pay on receipt of bill and pay as you go as per the price cap.

Igloo energy have given me my final bill, and as I was in credit, said a refund would be paid by Direct Debit on 23 Oct.  No money has gone into my account.  How do I chase this up?  Emails to company aren’t being answered.

Igloo Energy has gone out of business.

Eventually, your credit balance will be returned by Eon Next but don't expect it any time soon.
