I was with USIO when they failed in 2018; they cancelled the DD almost immediately themselves and, as far as I can remember, their website vanished and nobody was answering phones so effectively they had ceased trading ?

Looking at this table I don't think E.ON Next have taken anyone else on recently, so hopefully they'll have capacity to deal with 230k new accounts smoothly.

How did you find out? It's not on the Ofgem site yet, still says "pending appointment" and no press release. Have you had an email? Just checked mine, nothing...

I’ve submitted my meter readings on 30/9 - with taking photos of both readings. Then I had email from Igloo yesterday to submit figures. Which did today.

Nothing from OFGEM yet
