Anyone who has any more 100 cal treats / suggestions would be appreciated.

And then I still had a beer last night and tonight I was wanting a glass of wine, but opted for hot choc. What do you all do - end of week, grown up treat? I generally don't have much time to cook, although I made pasta w vege sauce for dinner, at least it was home made. What is it? Need to know!
I can't drink larger / beer... grown up treat... long drink......( old Planet Holly glass) white spirit, lot's of ice and a clear mixer (no caffeine), couple of straws, a couple of fruit slices.
I know some do not drink, but for me it is a 'not going without' thing, wine / beer have too many cals.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

Morning all,
Well done to everyone - whatever the results - we're trying so that's the main thing! I'm down 4lb this week - despite an England match getting in the way of my no drinks/snacks plans. Only 6lbs to go before I get back to where I was a couple of months ago. Sigh. Must remember these feelings of annoyance and not sabotage myself again when I get closer to target!
Anyway, onwards and downwards as they say - have a good week everybody!7 -

Reporting a 0.8lb loss this week - pretty good considering I was off plan at the weekend. Happy with that start and back on plan now.7

Initially this week I thought I might have been heading towards a STS or even a mini-gain, but the cycle seemed to move downwards as the week progressed. I had a giant steak on a flash sale through Ocado - a chateaubriand that weighed 550g uncooked - it was a giant, but I couldn't say no at the price it was on offer at - and it was a worthwhile treat, very tender and lean. Otherwise I'm keeping up with my exercise and watching the calories - and am now at 70.6kg. I set myself a target of 70kg to get a plate full of fish and chips - so am very close now. Will it be next week? Will it be the week after - I'll have to 'weight' and see. Nice to see a few people off to a good start - keep up the good work - Christmas goodies are beginning to appear in the shops now. I've already got a box of mince pies in the cupboard - haven't opened them yet though!
From the beginning to now - my summary:
Start weight: 200.84lbs
Start of previous quarter challenge: 189.93lbs
Current quarter challenge:
Week 1 start weight: 159.39lbs
Week 2 start weight: 157.3lbs (lost 1.09lb - declared -1lb)
Week 3 start weight: 155.65lbs (lost 1.65lb - declared -1.5lb)
Target for this quarter -5lbs
So far: -2.5lbs
Total loss since beginning: -45.19lbs
Loss declared this week: -1.5lb
