  • @cymruchris - Yoghurts, wish I liked them, I have no dairy other than a bit of Feta... however I do love a big dollop of garlic yoghurt on a chicken kebab.  SW would have been much better if I liked them.

Anyone who has any more 100 cal treats / suggestions would be appreciated.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Have you tried frozen kefir by Yeo Valley in Blueberry or Strawberry - it's a very similar texture and smoothness to ice cream, and isn't watery like a sorbet. Works out at 76cal per 100ml - that's 365 calories for a full pot. Compare that to Haagen Dazs Strawberry cheesecake at 253 cal per 100ml - that's 1163 calories in a full pot that's 20ml smaller than the YV. That's 3 pots of YV to one pot of HD!
Super, will give that a go.... thank you very much.  <3

I was just thinking of snacks and treats - fell into my deadly treat yesterday and it probably cost me a week worth of effort.
And then I still had a beer last night and tonight I was wanting a glass of wine, but opted for hot choc. What do you all do - end of week, grown up treat? I generally don't have much time to cook, although I made pasta w vege sauce for dinner, at least it was home made.
:D What is it?  Need to know!

I can't drink larger / beer... grown up treat... long drink......( old Planet Holly glass) white spirit, lot's of ice and a clear mixer (no caffeine), couple of straws, a couple of fruit slices.

I know some do not drink, but for me it is a 'not going without' thing, wine / beer have too many cals.
Sorry that is my deep dark processed snack meat secret! And apart from the beer I have managed to stay off alchohol this weekend.

LOL, I am good with meat, naughty with a drink so your secret is safe.... hope you enjoyed it.  :D
