@cymruchris - Yoghurts, wish I liked them, I have no dairy other than a bit of Feta... however I do love a big dollop of garlic yoghurt on a chicken kebab. SW would have been much better if I liked them.
Anyone who has any more 100 cal treats / suggestions would be appreciated.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Jenny are you a sweet or salty for snacks?For savoury I buy popcorn kernels which can be microwave (not the bags) I usually put a layer in a Pyrex lidded casserole dish and when the popcorn is warm stir marmite through it, microwave corn needs no oil 😁 or small packs of low calorie snacks like Pom bears, I find multi bags of crisp/snacks like French fries or quavers are in smaller bags. Twiglets aren't too bad either
chocolate snacks something like Freddo frogs, finger of fudge or curly whurly are all 100 or less.Sugar free jelly set with fruit is another good one. I do stir a teaspoon of lemon curd into 0% Greek yogurt and add to a meringue nest and some berries, raspberries and blueberries work well with the lemon.Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin4 -
@Brambling - Both, just no meat snacks as I'm not a meat eater (not a vegi thing, just not a fan). Popcorn sounds like a good idea, it will go on the list.
Never tried the Pom bears so that also will go on the list. Thank you for the sugar free jelly idea, I have half a dozen Gu glass ramekins (so naughty but so nice) just thought I can make a packet of jelly up into these.... I do balk (and don't buy) at the price of the Robertson pots, very MSE so thank you.
Yoghurt is a no, but meringue, berries and a bit of cream in a can I can work with.
I do think healthy eating can fail if you get into a 'rut'. Any more treat / meal ideas are always welcome.

@jennystarpepper
if it were me I'd be going for carrot sticks, celery, pepper - but I like those immensely and have been surprised at others surprise at them being considered a treat. I also get baby bels - yes I could just have a chunk of cheese but this is portion control and something that can be popped into my bag for a late afternoon tummy calmer.
if popcorn suits you - you might want to try something like garlic salt on it or just plain parmesan (or grated Italian hard cheese!) But any spice mix might be ok - depending on what you like. Just sprinkle it on when the popcorn is hot for it to stick!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Jenny what about HM hummus there are low fat recipes out there rather than using oil and tahini I use light Mayo or quark (low fat tasteless cream cheese but is good as a carrier) just add garlic, lemon juice for favour I sometimes !!!!!! a splash of sesame oil for the tahini taste. Eat with chopped veg. I also us quark to make a quick pate blending with smoked mackerel or smoked salmon with horseradish. Roasted chickpeas which I keep meaning to try 🙂
When I'm being 'good' I keep boiled eggs, crab sticks and HM meatballs in the fridge to pick at, I have made meatballs with turkey mince (breast is lower fat) and added ground cumin, coriander etc to give a Middle Eastern taste as turkey mince can be boring. The hairy bikers do a diet recipe with turkey mince and I think grated courgette.
Please note I have all the theories it's putting them into practice where I go wrong 🙄Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6 -
I was just thinking of snacks and treats - fell into my deadly treat yesterday and it probably cost me a week worth of effort.
And then I still had a beer last night and tonight I was wanting a glass of wine, but opted for hot choc. What do you all do - end of week, grown up treat? I generally don't have much time to cook, although I made pasta w vege sauce for dinner, at least it was home made.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

I can't drink larger / beer... grown up treat... long drink......( old Planet Holly glass) white spirit, lot's of ice and a clear mixer (no caffeine), couple of straws, a couple of fruit slices.
I know some do not drink, but for me it is a 'not going without' thing, wine / beer have too many cals.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

Ditty a spirit with a slimline mixer is less calories than wine or beer - I can be led astray with a G&T especially if a good gin, our farmers market often as a local gin producer with samples 😁
