Breakfast was American style pancakes with yoghurt and fruit. Dinner tonight is sausage casserole and mash.
Weather very drizzly and foggy today, so haven’t been out.
Spent most of the day so far doing some sewing and altering some scarves.

Well, I have broken my dry January and also am not going to meet my NSD target of 21. I went to the shop and bought proscecco and we had a prosecco cream tea this afternoon! It was really nice and a nice treat for a moneysaving price the prosecco cost £7 reduced from £8.50. My only consolation is that if I had gone to a hotel it would cost a hell of a lot more!. I'm not sorry I had that splurge
I will hit 20 NSDs though.
Breakfast was toasted muffin, lunch soup and then the prosecco cream tea. Dinner tonight is home made pie and chips.
I also made bread today, did some reading, hoovered and did knitting.Debt free and Keeping on Track2 -

Reported my findings on the RSPB garden birdwatch website.
Tidied up around the house
Did my final budget for next month as its pay day tomorrow.
Breakfast was porridge, lunch will be roast gammon with hassleback potatoes and veg. Supper tonight will be gammon sandwiches and probably a few crisps!

Very windy and squally here today. Went for a walk into the village to pick up my prescription – out for 20 mins and that was long enough.
Cooked some rice which is now in the fridge – ready to make egg fried rice tomorrow with some of the leftover gammon.
Breakfast was boiled egg and soldiers, lunch soup and dinner tonight is veggie casserole with a cobbler topping.
Well I didn’t hit my NSD target, but am very pleased that I made it to 20.

So this month I am going to aim for 19 NSDs.
I was a busy bee this morning, I made two quiches using the leftover gammon. Both are now in the freezer. I also made some ginger biscuits.
Banking done as it was pay day. CC paid (will have to update the balance in my signature). Monies transferred to various "pots" etc.
This afternoon I visited my friend for our gossip and stitching session.
Breakfast was porridge, lunch tuna mayo rolls, dinner was egg fried rice with the last of the gammon.

Today was a planned spending day. We went out filled the car up, went to the tip (DH had sorted some stuff from the garage) and dropped a bag of bits to the charity shop. We had coffee and croissants for breakfast. We went shopping and I managed to get all I needed. Discovered a new farm shop which sold the flour I prefer to use to make my bread – Wessex Mill. Stopped off at the butchers and picked up our meat for the month. Also stopped off and had tea and cake. Was really nice as we had planned this day and knew we would spend – but in a controlled way.

Bread making today. Plus pasta for tonight’s tea. Also made a cake for the next door neighbour who supplies me with eggs.
Booked some campsites and started to organise our trip in the motorhome. We are going away in June all things being equal. I am starting to look forward to it. It will be on a budget so will be a bit of a challenge.
Breakfast was oatcakes, scrambled egg and salmon, early tea tonight of tuna pasta and supper will be a bacon buttie.
