Still quite windy here, but more normal. We did have a power cut for about 30 seconds yesterday, so we were lucky.
A housework kind of day – did some washing, hoovering and cleaned out the motorhome.
Also baked some rolls and a loaf.
Breakfast was toast. Lunch was scone and jam. Supper tonight is veggie casserole and sausages followed by Eve’s pudding and cream.
Did my online shop to be delivered on 28th Feb. I like to do it early and then I add and take away and get plenty of time to think of what I really want.

We are off to the cinema tonight and will get a takeaway afterwards. The good news is that it’s the local cinema and we get two for one on a Monday as we are members.
So means I won’t achieve my NSD target again! However, being positive I will only be out by 1 day if I don’t send any more after today. So I will still set the targets because I think it really does concentrate my mind – if I didn’t set the targets I would probably have a lot less NSDs than I do – sounds a bit silly but it makes sense to me.
Porridge for breakfast and soup for lunch and the Chinese takeaway for dinner.

Did a small reorganisation of the desk which houses our computer, printer and charging station for various electrical items. Moved the printer from the bottom to the top – as that’s the item I use the most. So much easier now. There is still a plethora of wires etc., so will get DH to take a look at those later on.
Looked at our holidays and booked a couple more campsites. We are now booked to go away for nearly 3 weeks from the middle of June. We will try to avoid going away in August if possible, although may sneak in a week towards the end of that month.
This afternoon I’m spending at my friends for our sewing and gossip session. Will do a quick hoover and tidy round downstairs before I go.
There was enough takeaway last night to save enough for tonight’s dinner. Breakfast was toast and lunch soup.

If your printer is a Wi-Fi one , that could be put anywhere.Just a thought ..1 -

This morning I baked some teacakes ready for toasting for breakfasts. Even though I’d had a porridge breakfast I just had to check the teacakes were all right! Lunch soup and dinner tonight is jacket potato with beans and cheese.
Did a load of washing and even some gardening. The weather looked good a bit of sun and clear skies, but after 10 mins of my gardening it started raining, so was a good excuse to come in. I planted some chives outside and in the greenhouse I planted some courgette, carrot and onions. Let’s hope they take. The greenhouse door needs some attention as its flapping open and the zip has broken with the wind. Hopefully DH can do a fix on it of some sort. Perhaps I shouldn’t say it, but I think we are over the risk of frost. Its very rare for us to get frost anyway.

Too windy today for DH to do anything with the greenhouse door, weather looking a bit calmer tomorrow, so he will try then.
I’ve made a loaf and some biscuits this morning.
Went for a walk around the village, but the windy was very cutting.
Toasted teacakes for breakfast, tuna rolls for lunch and chicken curry with rice for dinner tonight.

Lovely weather wise today. Sunny but cold and for once the wind has dropped. DH managed to do a fix on the greenhouse door which will see us through to the summer now. He will fix properly late summer. I planted a few blubs outside.
A load of washing done and about to take a walk around the village.
Breakfast was toasted teacake, lunch noodles and dinner tonight home made fish and chips.

Our NT membership is due for renewal in May - as I reached 60 and DH is 65 we now qualify for the senior rate. I phoned them up and have now changed it to that rate, so that's a saving of £30 per year. You need to be over 60 and have been a member for more than 5 years to qualify.Debt free and Keeping on Track1
