  • No you are not last. I'm still waiting on a final bill. Unsure what I can do as nothing happens when I email.

Me too, also I believe there to be thousands of us.

Glad to hear I am not alone. I had begun to wonder if I was the only one left!
  • So just to update I finally seemed to hit on a person at Octopus who took the time to review my account. I'd paid a single Direct Debit to Avro in late September in advance of my move to them which was scheduled for 2nd Oct. This has been credited to my Octopus account and indeed it seems the move was complete some time ago, possibly months. What had mislead me was a) other Octopus staff had told me the move was still in progress b) my Octopus account was still showing a banner at the top saying they were waiting on a final bill from the Avro administrators. It seems a final bill would never have been forthcoming as I never actually made it to Avro. I have since had an Octopus bill that includes the period from 2nd October when the switch should have happened. The switching team have removed the banner from my account and it would appear things are now concluded and I am now on Octopus.
Funny old week. Best of luck to those that remain.

Quick question.  This Flexible Avro that I assume most of us are on.  Is it cheaper off peak or is it a basic rate whenever?  Someone suggested it was cheaper off peak but I don't see any suggestion that it is on the Octopus website.  Thank you.

Thought so, thank you.  At least I won't have to annoy my neighbours doing washing at 2am!!

There is an E7 version, which Avro didn't have. I have an ex-avro account into which both day and night readings were given, but a single rate used, so Octopus put it onto their E7 Flexible Avro account. Took a lot of emails to get it changed to the single rate tariff!

My mistake, there is indeed a E7 version. Probably best if @Max68 checks their latest bill.
