My problem is that I joined Igloo in June, and switched away mid-late July with the switch completing ~9th August.
I switched to Avro.... And was with them until they went bust.

Despite providing both Igloo and Avro with monthly readings, neither billed me in my time with them! (despite requesting, multiple times). I now have credit balanced stuck in both. I'm confident Avro will get sorted as they were my last supplier, but what happens with my Igloo bill / credit?
I'm unsure if Avro even passed through my opening readings to Igloo, so how do I ensure my Igloo account will get correct readings, be billed, and any credit given to me? Fortunately there's probably slightly less than £100 on there.

Avro's SoLR will deal with your Avro account. Igloo's SoLR will deal with your Igloo account. Both will refund your credit balances to you, eventually.

I haven’t had any contact from Igloo or anyone else, should I have by now?

Cheers, I presume they'll both provide me a bill? Same for the readings that probably still need to be sent through.
As mentioned I'm confident Avro's will get dealt with, it's Igloo's I was worrying about, since I wasn't their customer at the time of going bust.
