Yes, lots of virtuous nonsense with the, oh by the way we've gone bust, at the end.I only had to read the first few words to realise what was coming further on!Bets as to who will take on their customers. Probably not Octopus, they have ex Avro to deal with.2

I just got the email and tried to log in to my account and its saying password not recognised (and its 100% typed correct). Is anyone else having trouble getting into their account ?0

Same issue here - Even tried a password reset and won't let me log in.0

Just to clarify - I tried to log in once, it said password not recognised. Tried again, same message. Then clicked my browser's refresh/reload button once , and a different error message came up ("Sorry we couldn't load this page"). Clicked refresh again, and it took me straight into my dashboard.
I'm only able to access some of it at the moment. I managed to get into Billing & Payments after refreshing page several times, but still can't get into the Meter Readings section. Most likely the server is just busy with everyone trying to do the same. If you've already entered the correct log-in details, I would just keep refreshing the page rather than doing any password resets or anything like that.0 -
It's a shame about igloo. Apart from one brief spell, I've been with them for four years now, and always found them to be easy to deal with and generally quite reasonably priced.

It's ok to do that, sit tight and wait for who will take on your account. They will set up there own DD with you when the time comes.0
