Nicely covered on the Vauxhall website.

Vauxhall endeavours to ensure that the contents of this site are accurate and up to date. However, products shown on this site may differ from the latest specification and images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may show optional equipment. Customers are advised to check with their local Retailer for the latest specification.

Did you take the option packs, which give you the bigger screen? Which is more like the picture on the Vauxhall website.

“basically we can show you a picture of the inside of a Lamborghini if we like, if your sucker enough to buy a new car which has to be built, we can give you a car which looks like a reliant Robin and there’s sod all you can do about it”

    Same as every other manufacture.
They can not show a picture of every option they make. So they always tend to show top spec of the car. Hence the disclaimer.

And NO they would not get away with showing the inside of a Lamborghini, as it would be very clear it is not a Mokka....

You have just hit one of the snags of buying a brand new car that you can not see as they had not been released.

Watch the TV adds for cars & they often say "Not UK Spec" shown.

End of the day you ordered X & got X.

To be brutally honest, there are fewer differences between the interior of a Lamborghini Countach and a Reliant Robin than one might initially think.  In fact the Robin would probably have the edge when it comes to stuff in there working!

Might have difficulty buying a new/ish Reliant anything .
    Lambo still producing cars .

  • Your only comeback is if the car you received is a different specification to that specified on the order form.

From what you and others have indicated so far, you did not order the correct specification.

The specification list is what you need to look at. It will tell you if the model you're buying has the features you want.

I'll try and keep this brief and to the point.

I visited lookers Vauxhall Liverpool to look at the Vauxhall Mokka. I was told that the version available to test drive was the SRI version. Test drove it great! loved it. I asked the guy when will I be able to test drive the car I am buying (Mokka elite nav) he said you wont as its not yet made. I said well I could be buying anything what will it be like. to which he replied "well the one you are buying is a higher spec to it will look the same inside but will be a bit more luxurious. Due to having a nightmare with the sales man quoting higher prices even than online I bought the car from lookers st helens. I Took delivery of the car on Saturday, the car looks so different, not more luxurious and has a tiny screen on the where the dials should be not the big lovely one like the one I test drove. Now as it turns out the car I test drove was the SRI nav premium. So the spec does say 7inch screen HOWEVER I looked on the Vauxhall website and it does not show the interior of the car I have been given as it is. I mentioned this to lookers and they said "well that's Vauxhall we're lookers Vauxhall" I then looked at THEIR website and this ONLY shows the interior for the premium (bigger cool screens) no matter which car you look at. My point being that there is no images on any website that show the interior of my car. I believe this is false advertising and I want this to be resolved by getting the car which has the interior I paid for. Any views/ help on this would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Is this a brand new car?
If so, the spec won't vary between one dealer and another.

BUT, did you look at the Vauxhall Website before purchase and check the actual specification of the car you ordered?
    https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/cars/new-mokka/features-and-specifications.html#_new-mokka-models-petrol-diesel
then click "Download Prices & Specs Guide"

You ordered Mokka Elite Nav with 7" screen.
You seem to want the Mokka Elite Nav Premium with 10" screen:

OP is this what happened  as I am still confused by your opening post..did you order and pay for the elite Nav but expect the elite nav premium

I think the issue is that they test drove an SRI which was actually an SRI Premium and were told that the interior of the car they wanted, the Elite Nav, would be similar but a little more luxurious when of course it wouldn't be as it was not the Premium version.

As someone else has already posted it seems like the first dealer was actually trying to sell them the Premium (hence the inflated price) which caused the OP to walk and go to a different dealership (albeit part of the same group.)

The problem they now have is that the dealership who misinformed them isn't the one who sold them the car, and they appear to have asked no questions of the one who did sell them the car (which is understandable, but a problem.)
