Bought a car before seeing it and the actual car is different from the website.

You have just paid £xxxxxx, can you just get some better screens for a few hundred ££

If the spec says 7 inch screen then you will struggle to prove that it has been mis-sold. Again, if the images you looked at showed the cool screens but not the specific model for those screens then you wrongly made an assumption.
If the interior was so important, surely you googled "Mokka Elite Nav interior" to see some images? I bought a (second hand) Mokka and spent ages researching the different specs and looking at online at what they looked like and came with, as I didn't want to waste my time looking at versions I didn't want.
You could speak to them about upgrading the screen size but I imagine this will be expensive.
Why do you need such a big screen anyway? Surely a small screen and extra buttons is better?!?! You can never have too many buttons in a car...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
I don't think its helped that the vauxhall site no longer lists the model and trying to get to the images of it throw a 500 error.
The specification is always what you should go on, not the photos, which can be representative but not exact. In saying that any image marked as a 'Elite Nav' should at least show a fully option up version of the base model as standard. If there is no screen upgrade on the car itself I would be having a word with Vauxhall direct1 -

Realistically, no. You can't just glue a new screen onto a car dashboard and expect anything useful to happen. The display is built into the car on the production line.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
It’s probably doing that as I’ve complained that much about it today haha. Vauxhall have agreed with me that it’s been miss sold and they should give me the car as advertised but lookers vauxhall aren’t having it! Which In it self is baffling!visidigi said:I don't think its helped that the vauxhall site no longer lists the model and trying to get to the images of it throw a 500 error.

Vauxhall would say that though, wouldn't they?AndyHen said:

I'll bet they wouldn't be so quick to say that if it was them who "missold" you the car.1 -
Shades of Apple store, who will always tell customers that had they bought directly from Apple, all their problems would be fixed free of charge.4

Do you have something in writing from Vauxhall that states you were mis-sold the vehicle? Is the dealer an official Vauxhall dealership, or just a dealership that sells Vauxhalls? If the latter, then it doesn't make an ounce of difference what Vauxhall think, so it's not baffling at all.AndyHen said:

Nicely covered on the Vauxhall website.
Vauxhall endeavours to ensure that the contents of this site are accurate and up to date. However, products shown on this site may differ from the latest specification and images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may show optional equipment. Customers are advised to check with their local Retailer for the latest specification.
Did you take the option packs, which give you the bigger screen? Which is more like the picture on the Vauxhall website.

Relying on images when spending so much money on a car is your problem not theirs.
You got the car you paid for, without even viewing first. Anything you can get out of them is a goodwill gesture as really they owe you nothing.1
