You can SAR any and all of them - whether they'll yield useful info is anyone's guess.
There's no need for you to inform Gladrags about a SAR to the PPC.Jenni x3 -
You do realise who runs 'ADR Legal' (trading name of Advance Debt Recovery Ltd)?! The same Directors as HX Parking, in other words HX using different headed notepaper and pretending to be an ADR or Legal firm, just like WONGA did.
Please can you show us all pages of the ADR LEGAL letter chain? I have a complaint in with the Trade Bodies about some DCAs using misleading wording and headed notepaper but I haven't yet seen what ADR LEGAL are spewing out.
Could be really useful for is to see the ADR LEGAL letters please, so we can read the words (cover your name and address).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, I was well aware of the connection. If I did receive any letters, they were binned, as I didn't take them seriously! I only have a couple of emails from the debt recovery processing team. I have made a SAR request to them.Coupon-mad said:You do realise who runs 'ADR Legal' (trading name of Advance Debt Recovery Ltd)?! Now I have the SAR back from HX, what is my next move?1

You have your data from HX following your SAR and you need to read the data and see if there is anything in it that will help you to write a good witness statement (I assume you have submitted a defence - not read back through thread) and will now be able to back up and support what you put in the defence.nweachus said:Now I have the SAR back from HX, what is my next move?4 -
Reading it. Looking for issues with their evidence: errors, omissions, old photos, etc.nweachus said:Now I have the SAR back from HX, what is my next move?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent a defence to Gladstones 31st August. Their reply 2 weeks later was "Whilst we have noted the content, your representations do not amount to a defence."Le_Kirk said:

I've sent the SAR back to HX. There's 2 files I can't open and it's missing some live chat conversation.Coupon-mad said:

I'm not even clear if you have a claim and have defended yet? We can't trawl back in every thread to check everyone's status (therein lie mistakes and assumptions). So, please tell us whether you are only at LBC (pre-action) or are you at claim stage and whether you've defended, if you got a claim?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well they would say that! Having gone back through the thread, I cannot see that you have received a Claim Form (N1) from CCBC yet, so just keep that data (once you receive all of it) until such time as you receive the N1, submit a defence and it is sent to small claims court (if it gets that far) and then use the data for your WS.nweachus said:
