You are so right ..... despite all the mumbo jumbo from their so called leaders, the parking companies do not and never have managed.
Something the BPA have never woken up to.
No doubt the scam IPC approve of2 -
FYI, Mr Gove and I are alumni of the same secondary school.2

FOUR GOOD REASONS why Mr Gove should take a very serious look at the BPA and IPC
THE BPA TRUSTPILOT = 98% BAD

THE IAS TRUSTPILOT = 100% BAD

POPLA TRUSTPILOT = 94% BAD

GLADSTONES SOLICITORS TRUSTPILOT = 98% BAD

NOW SENT TO MR GOVE ..... because it's now "make your mind up time" for the government

I wanted to put the PDF on my own web server and then link to it, but the link doesn't seem to want to work any more (even though the website itself does), so I guess I'll just copy & paste it here (minus the personal details):
>> QUOTE BEGINS >>I hope this email finds you well. Before I begin addressing your query, I would like to apologise profusely for the delay in responding to your email.Over the last few months, I have received an unprecedented number of emails meaning I have been unable to respond to queries as quickly as I would have liked.Having read the testimonies published on Money Saving Experts (MSE), I share your concerns about Parking Charge Notices (PCN).
Since my election in December 2019, I have consistently raised concerns about parking charges — focusing primarily on hospital parking charges. For example: On 25 June 2020, I participated in the debate entitled ‘Health and Social Care Workers: Recognition and Reward’. During my address, I called on the British Government to reward National Health Care (NHS) workers for their determination during Covid-19 by ending poverty pay, enacting a pay rise and scrapping obscene parking charges. For your convenience, you can access my full contribution here.
On 8 July 2021, I submitted Early Day Motion 693: Free Hospital Parking. The motion called on the British Government to make parking free at NHS hospitals for NHS staff, patients, and visitors. For your convenience, you can access the motion here.On 9 September 2020, I presented a petition on behalf of the residents of Coventry South concerning ‘NHS Parking Charges’. The petition called on the British Government to urgently suspend all parking charges for hospital patients, staff and visitors. For your convenience, you can access my fullcontribution here.On 23 November 2020, I participated in the debate entitled ‘Covid-19: Winter Plan’. During my address, I questioned the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson MP, about free parking for NHS staff. For your convenience, you can access Mr Johnson’s response here.
On 1 December 2020, I participated in the debate entitled ‘Covid-19: Hospital Parking Charges’. During my address, I commented “Quite simply, I and many others can see that the Government have promised free parking for NHS staff throughout the pandemic and funding for NHS trusts to make this possible, but they have unfortunately broken that promise. Parking charges have been reintroduced for NHS staff, during a global pandemic. From clapping for carers, we are now clamping carers.Frankly, that is scandalous and no way to thank our incredible NHS staff.” For your convenience, you can access my full contributions here, here, here and here.On 14 December 2020, I participated in the debate entitled ‘Covid-19 Update’. During my address, I questioned the then Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Matt Hancock MP, about the British Government’s intentions to introduce free parking for all NHS staff. For your convenience, you can access my full contribution here.On 22 September 2021, I signed Early Day Motion 32: Car Parking Charges at NHS Hospitals. For your convenience, you can access my signature here.
I hope the aforementioned examples demonstrate my commitment to challenging the underhanded practices of private parking corporations. In response to your particular query, I have submitted a written question to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Michael Gove MP, to ask what steps he is taking to ensure that private parkingindustries do not circumvent the removal of false debt recovery charges from the values of PCN should they proceed to a court claim. Once a representative from the Ministry of Levelling Up, Housing and Communitiesresponds to my query, you will be able to access their response here. I hope this allays your concerns. In the meantime, I will continue to monitor this issue closely. Indeed, I was elected on a manifesto that pledged to reduce the powers of the private sector.Thank you for emailing me about this important matter, please do not hesitate to contact me again if you have any further queries or concerns.Yours sincerely,

I give that a thumbs up for your MP, at least with regards to unregulated parking companies anyway.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
@Fruitcake and @Coupon-mad Yes, Ms Sultana seems to be on the same level as our previous MP, Jim Cunningham, with regards to actually giving a dam about her constituents (even though I think she was parachuted in by Labour for the 2019 election).3
