They will also be able to tell you what will happen with any credit balance you may have with Utility Point.

I've just emailed Ofgem suggesting that they change their advice as EDF are saying we will pay more for cancelling the DD and my other supplier, pfp have fined me £12. Others might want to email Ofgem too.

Had a pleasant chat this morning with a delightful EDF guy in India who tried to explain why it is that although EDF clearly know what tariff I’m now on with them, I’m not entitled to that information until they get round to providing it, which could be weeks away.
Something very wrong with a situation in which customers are using energy without the slightest idea what it’s costing.1 -
I am with UP but have heard nothing after the UP email advising they were to cease trading on 14/09/21.
Where and how is the latest info on the new supplier coming from? UP, EDF or OFGEM0 -
