Ha ha - it was really a reply to @Suffolk_lass. To be fair I only knew about it as I read it somewhere recently - probably in the paper.
I don’t even know what the census is used for - maybe so they can make estimates of services that will be required in the future (eg NHS)? Otherwise I assume it would be another variable in their models?2025 decluttering: 2,387🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅

I had the asymptomatic version of the illness and DS (mild version) and I had a fair few takeaway orders due to trying to make the best of the situation. I found being stuck indoors very difficult so that’s my excuse, do whatever gets you through it. My census has been in for over a week, I think I deserve a medal😂Mortgage End Date: Apr 36/Aiming for Apr 28/Current Dec 32

Another horrible night, sinuses packed and throat having that horrible sensation half way between a gag and an involuntary cough, wanting to clear something but would only hurt my throat. Slept fitfully, waking up at 2 and 6. Managed to force a L3msip type drink down at 6 and then slept until 9 (Mrs E a bit grumpy as she's also exhausted). Note to self - always keep a full bottle of N1ght Nurse in stock for these situations where you just need your darn sinuses to dry upPut through my first online shop of the year, I cannot see how people tolerate being gouged like this every week! Probably my own fault as it was Mr S, but he was the online retailer available to deliver tomorrow. In fairness to him, he did have a tick box to confirm that we were self-isolating, so kudos.DD is now testing negative
Mrs E has asked whether I think it unreasonable to ask her parents to take DD tomorrow as she has been inside for a week, but I was concerned that her viral load might still present a risk? Is that just too much caution on my part? Assuming negative test tomorrow, she will be legally allowed to go about her business
We had the bald man with the phallic spaceship deliver us a new board game yesterday - Labyrinth 3D. It's quite a simple premise (choose your witch or wizard, collect your treasures and get home), but it made more complicated by the fact that parts of the 3D board shift in between each turn, messing up your path. A lot of fun was had and I can see it becoming a family favourite. Glad we spent the extra fiver to get the version that adds issues of navigating up and down (as well as 2D movements) as it's noticably more difficult and DD enjoyed the challenge.
£200 paid off CC. Less than £12k remains and my current rate of repayment should just about have it gone by the time DD2 comes along (think that's the first time I've written that)We have had another nibble for a loft conversion (a Polish joiner, so lots of positive prejudice in my head around that). He and the plasterer are both booked for Friday 18th March, kitchen spraying guys coming Monday 25th April. So now we need to try and arrange a plumber, painter and vinyl fitter for the rest. That probably sounds worse than it is - plumber will likely be the first person who quotes and doesn't come across as a bandit, painter we'll likely need a few quotes and vinyl fitter may well be employed by wherever we buy the vinyl (so easier to arrange).

The Prepared is a blog that's a bit calmer and more evidence based if you want preparedness without the conspiracy theories.
I got a grilling from a pharmacist last time I bought night nurse. "Why do you need it if you're not ill now?"
"Because by the time I need it I'll be too ill to drive 20 miles to a pharmacy".9
