My version of a Cosmo
per person
50ml vodka
1 tbsp triple sec or cointreau
25ml cranberry juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp freshly squeezed clementine juice (or use from a carton of 100% mandarin orange or satsuma juice)
ice
strip of clementine or orange peel to garnish(twist the peel over the glass and wipe round the rim, so a little zest goes in and flavours the glass - a 4fl oz savage pony glass is the best & a little bit of theatre!)

Monthly Flexi day sounds like a great aim, possibly occasionally coordinate with Mrs E for a day time date 💕

Mrs E had her first adult swimming lesson and proudly told me she had been able to put her face in the water for the first time ever (she's 41). I have known her for 18-19 years and was genuinely shocked that I didn't realise she had never done this before!

Mr Agatha took adult swimming lessons in his 30s and really enjoyed them. It made a difference when the kids were small and we used to all go swimming together.

Whatan excellent day off! So pleased for you. I try to take at least one day's annual leave each month and it does help - I find myself going a bit mad if I work through 2 or 3 months without a day of leave (and I don't work Fridays so every weekend is a3 day weekend anyway! 😂)

Well done Mrs E, that is a huge achievement.
After a similar length of our relationship I found out my OH doesn't eat cucumber, I took was shocked I didn't already know this especially as it is served most days at lunch time, turns out he chooses to take a good range of fruit/veg/salad so it wasn't obvious.
