    Got an e-mail at 04:03 today ... ===>

When you update your Chase app to the latest version (2.0.0), you'll notice the app looks and feels different. You'll find that the way you navigate to your accounts and other important things has changed, and it should feel faster and more intuitive to use.

    Here's what's new

Your homescreen is now split into 2 dedicated tabs, which you can toggle between at the top.

In the 'Spend' tab, you'll find your everyday essentials, including:

    • Current accounts
    • Card details and controls
    • Monthly money insights, under 'Spotlight'
    • Rewards
    • All your activity

In the 'Save & Invest' tab, you'll find the accounts you use to plan for the future or set aside money, including:

    • Saver accounts
    • The ability to link your Nutmeg account (coming soon)

Next time you log in, you'll also find a handy tour to guide you through what's new.

If you need a hand, check out the 'Support' section of our app, where you'll find popular topics and helpful information.

    All the best,

    The Chase team

  • Just to say, I did have to go to the Playstore to install update, couldn't find an update button in the old app.

You may have to update iOS to 16.2 first

When you update do you have to go thru the whole photo ID rigmarole again pls or can you update from within the existing app? Was a bit of nightmare first time around!

    No (re)new identity checks required.

I've just had a notification from the Chase telling me my Roundup Savings balance will be moved out in 90 days so had to nominate an account. i.e. Current acc or Savings, then I'll have to start again.  That's annoying as I've built up a nice balance there that I was hoping to leave rolling.

By then, there's no more 1% on spending so doubt I'll bother.  You're better off doing a Lloyds Regular Saver which lets you save £400 PM at 5.25%
