App seems a bit buggy today - trying to pay between accounts which are shown as successful, but not shown after refreshing
I had an odd few things that seemed amiss with transactions too 15th & 16th, Balances seemed to not update as quickly as they have been doing.

App does seem to have issues, I think their £20 referral thing has made them grow a lot faster than anticipated.

Because of a technical issue, you can't open a Chase account right now.

If you've recently tried to join us, it might take a while to receive your one-time passcode and verification email from us.

If you already bank with Chase, your usual notifications and messages from us might take a while to come through.

Just launched the Chase app and was presented with a message that soon they'll require me to change my (login) PIN, and that I'll need to take a selfie and picture of my ID to prove it's me. Anyone else seen it?

Someone else posted a few days ago that they had this. The general consensus was that it was a scam.

I will see if I can locate the post.

Edit. I see that @masonic has now posted a link.

Interesting that my recollection was that there was a general consensus that it was a scam.

The only response I can see is @daliah saying that it sounded fishy.

I'm inclined to agree. Especially as it doesn't seem to have been followed up with any required change of code within the app. The key with any such message received is to ensure it is a push notification from the Chase App rather than originating from anything else such as SMS or instant messaging app. Any follow-up action would then be carried out within the app, rather than a browser link. Even if genuine, it could be sent in error, given there are other issues being encountered of late.
