Should I also include dated photos of all pay and display signs in the car park either on the day if incident or as close to the incidents date as possible?
They are not personal data, so you should not be asking for that stuff as part of a Subject Access Request.
Nothing to stop you asking PE, but not as part of a SAR.4 -
Ok thank you both, I'll send it as it was minus the needing proof bit. I'll wait a few more days then ask for the 30 days like CM mentioned while I go away. Thank you both for your help.2

Hi Again, it's a day before i'm out the country for 5 weeks so am about to send off notice of hold, because its, parking Eye, is it better for me to email it to them at enforcement@parkingeye?
I have drafted this, is this adequate enough?Dear Sir/Madam,
R.E. Ref:XXXXX/XXXXXX, dated XX/XX/XX
I am seeking debt advice, but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
Furthermore, on XX/XX/2021 I sent a SAR via your website’s privacy page. I am still waiting to receive this and request that you still send this within 30 days of the request (/XX/2021)Sincerely,
Khaggis
Is this ok, and is it best practice to email it rather than post?
Thanks in advance!1 -
Dear Sirs and Yours faithfully.
Yes, email it.3 -
Hi all, parking eye finally got back to me with my SAR. Sent me write a few pages of records, however, they did not send "PDT machine records from the day of incident, of payments made, these MUST include the VRN's" do I reply to the email again requesting these or do I start a fresh email to their team requesting it, it do they not have to give it to me? Cheers.0

You are only due to receive your data, therefore you cannot expect to receive anything that might contain another person's data. You could ask for a "near miss" of your VRM. In your defence you could "put the claimant to strict proof that your VRM was on the list" if it is an issue of a missing or erroneous VRM at the PDT. Let them try to tell a judge that they cannot see it!3

You'll have to forgive me as it's quite obvious I'm new to all this, but what does that mean exactly? What would a nest miss of my vrm be? And how would I put them to strict proud? I'm just trying to figure out how to word my next move. Also is it better to directly to reply to that email, or start a fresh email? Thank you so much for your help.0

You insist that they prove that a near miss is not there , that they looked and no close matches !
Reply to that email , giving 7 days to reply with a redacted list of before entry until after departure , as in this thread lower down that you have not read

Yeah, I am currently replying on my phone as I am away on vacation, hence the horrendous spelling (sorry guys) just trying to draft an email now in response and was hoping to get your yays or nays before I send it again. How does this look?
Dear sirs,
Thank you for sending my requested SAR. After looking through it, I noticed that you did not send the PDT machine records from the day of incident, and of payments made, including the VRN's.
I understand that an SAR request allows me rights to my data only, and if you are unable to provide the full data, then can you please instead provide me with a redacted version with my vehicles data of the partial numberplate you had on your system.
Could you then please provide information on why you did not carry out any manual checks and identify the close match VRM before issuing an inappropriate PCN automatically.
I request that this information be provided to me within 7 days from receipt of this email.
Yours faithfully,
Khaggis"
This is probably not great as I suck at wording letters, but some feedback would be appreciated. Many thanks.1
