Can't be sure I'm afraid. You could send PEye a SAR which might reveal whether it exists or not, and also update your address AND ask who your data was shared with and when.
Just email their DPO on their data privacy page. Don't stay quiet just in case an old address is in play.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I've had a reply and it's as expected regarding wanting further information

As we mentioned before I don't want to give them any PNC codes in case they reinstate it so can I refuse that information? And do I have to give them the vnc? Would my driving licence not suffice? How do I proceed with this?
