Can't be sure I'm afraid. You could send PEye a SAR which might reveal whether it exists or not, and also update your address AND ask who your data was shared with and when.

Just email their DPO on their data privacy page. Don't stay quiet just in case an old address is in play.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I've had a reply and it's as expected regarding wanting further information

    Dear Khaggis

In order for us to ensure that the information we provide is your personal data, we would require further identifiers and clarification of the data sought.

If this request pertains to a Parking Charge you have received, please advise of any reference numbers that apply and the relevant vehicle registration.

If your request solely pertains to vehicle data, we will require evidence of your continued status as registered keeper. Thus, we would require further identification documents.

    Please provide the following:

    • Your full name

    • Your full current address shown on your log book (V5C)

    • A copy of your log book (V5C) for proof of continued status as Registered Keeper

For further information about your rights as a data subject, plus information about the categories of data we process, data transfers, the legal basis for our processing, and the purposes of processing, please visit: https://www.parkingeye.co.uk/privacy-policy/

    Yours sincerely,

    Privacy Team

As we mentioned before I don't want to give them any PNC codes in case they reinstate it so can I refuse that information? And do I have to give them the vnc? Would my driving licence not suffice? How do I proceed with this?

    Cheers in advance
